Reporting to the IB Sales Manager, the Sales Representative will be responsible for managing and growing recurring revenue from Videojet’s installed base in Brazil.
This role focuses on retaining existing customers (Retain), winning back lost accounts (Regain) and building strong relationships with equipment buyers (New).
You will operate with a high level of autonomy, ensuring all account data is up to date and growth targets are met through disciplined execution of the strategic supplies plan.
Win‑back Funnel Management: Identify customers using competing brands and manage a healthy funnel from “Viable” to “Won,” using strategies such as portfolio bundles and commercial agreements.
Risk Mitigation: Monitor warning signs of potential customer loss (declining revenue, aging equipment) and create retention opportunities with immediate actions.
Welcome Campaigns: Secure the first supplies order from new customers, reinforcing the value of genuine Videojet consumables and services.
Technical Advocacy: Promote Videojet’s differentiators (PODs), educating customers about the risks of using alternative supplies, such as nozzle clogging, internal corrosion and poor print quality.
Visual Management: Use daily management tools and visual boards (Visual Management Boards
VMBs) to track leading indicators (calls, confirmations, leads) and improve revenue outcomes.
Requirements
Experience in external B2B sales.
Proficiency with the full sales cycle and funnel management in a CRM (Salesforce desirable).
Proven experience in proactive prospecting (hunter profile) and managing complex opportunity funnels.
Ability to work autonomously to manage a territory.
Valid driver's license and availability for frequent customer visits.
