Role Overview
- Responsible for handling all aspects of complex directors & officers claims
- Making coverage determinations
- Investigating losses, evaluating, and projecting potential exposures
- Making case presentations
- Setting judgmental reserves
- Developing and implementing resolution strategies
- Working with defense counsel and collaborating with underwriting
- Delivering differentiated value and service to customers and distribution partners
Requirements
- Minimum of six years of experience handling complex insurance claims
- Ideally experienced in Management Liability claims
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of the litigation and arbitration process
- A Juris Doctor is preferred
