Role Overview
- Minimize interruptions and improve workflow for Radiologists.
- Handle outgoing and incoming communications for critical findings.
- Monitor timely signing of reports and assist in monitoring turnaround times.
- Conduct audits and support continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Serve as a liaison between the Department of Radiology and other departments.
Requirements
- Experience in quality assurance, quality control, or related field.
- Knowledge of radiology processes and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Tableau).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
