Deliver advanced analytical capabilities for Experience Studies, leveraging the R programming language
Collaborate with IT and external partners/providers to develop and implement innovative analytical solutions
Provide expert advice and technical guidance to the IT development team
Plan and oversee the work of the development team
Conduct functional testing of implemented solutions
Foster strong collaboration across regional and central teams
Contribute ideas to a robust governance framework for tools and methodologies
Assist in developing recommendations for best practices in experience studies
Provide training on Experience Studies and the use of the Experience Studies tool in R

Over 5 years of experience in the Life & Health (L&H) actuarial domain
Actuarial Qualification, either already qualified or actively working towards obtaining
Strong knowledge of the R programming language
Technically minded and comfortable working on IT-related topics
Expertise in a variety of L&H products across multiple global markets and regions
Ability to interact with colleagues at all levels and work towards common solutions
Capable of working independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication, interpersonal, project planning, and influential skills
Strong analytical skills and business mindset
Consultant mindset, capable of listening to users and solving their problems effectively
