Role Overview
- Advising and supporting our customers in the area of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange)
- Analyzing, designing and implementing EDI solutions and integration processes
- Onboarding new trading partners (mapping, testing, Go-Live support)
- Troubleshooting and operational support for live systems
- Preparing technical documentation and training materials
- Close collaboration with external partners and customers
- Further development and optimization of existing EDI processes
Requirements
- Degree in (business) informatics / computer science or a comparable qualification
- Experience in EDI and knowledge of common EDI standards (e.g. EDIFACT, XML, X12, VDA)
- Understanding of business processes
- Experience in the textile industry is an advantage
- Experience with EDI tools and converters (e.g. eBiss) is a plus
- Analytical mindset, structured working style and strong customer orientation
- Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
