You will be at the heart of expanding this market.
Plan and execute field marketing activities: events, trade shows, partner activations and regional campaigns.
Design and manage performance campaigns (paid social, paid search, retargeting) to generate qualified leads.
Work closely with the sales team to align marketing actions with revenue objectives.
Monitor, analyze and optimize performance across all channels.
Develop and manage relationships with local partners, agencies and event organizers.
Requirements
More than 3 years of experience in field marketing, demand generation or a similar B2B marketing role.
Proven track record of performance campaigns with measurable impact on the pipeline.
Strong understanding of marketing/sales alignment to drive growth — you think in funnels, not just in campaigns.
Proficiency with marketing and analytics tools: Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot or equivalents.
Excellent organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects and campaigns in parallel.
Operational profile: comfortable with both strategic thinking and hands-on field execution.
Strong interpersonal skills and confidence to represent Eye-Able externally.
French and professional-level English — additional languages are a plus.
