Responsible for leading our customer projects domestically and internationally
Overall responsibility for the delivery of orders, complete systems or related plant components/systems
Achieving the technical, commercial and schedule-related project objectives from tender submission to customer acceptance
Interpretation of customer contracts and ensuring customer satisfaction
Change management, including claims and change orders
Transparent reporting to the business managers

Successfully completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification
Many years of professional experience as a Project Manager in plant/industrial engineering (domestic and international)
Detailed knowledge of project management methodology as well as project planning, execution and controlling
Ideally certified as a Project Manager (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
Knowledge of contract law and a strong commercial/entrepreneurial mindset
Confident negotiator in the context of order processing (definition, evaluation and awarding of work packages)
Fluent in German and English; a third language is desirable
Willingness to travel, approx. 30–40% per year within Europe
Experience working in international and interdisciplinary teams
