Create a business plan to identify and target end customers, including strategies to engage with them.
Build strong, long-term relationships with selected end customers, uncover new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
Coordinate closely with and between end customers, partners and the Axis team, to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs and ensure successful project outcomes.
Forecast opportunities, track performance against KPIs, and analyze won and lost deals to continuously refine strategies for growth.
Represent Axis at trade shows and industry events, collaborate with marketing to generate leads, and maintain up-to-date account information, meeting reports and detailed opportunities in Salesforce.
Requirements
5 – 10 Years of Business Development/Sales Experience within the industry segment
Experience in the IT or security field in the sector is highly desirable
A high knowledge and interest in the business and sales environment.
Results oriented and self-driven.
Can communicate well with others and able to initiate new discussions and relationships with potential customers.
Strategic and able to influence others through your activities.
