Ensure the smooth operation of the entire matelso infrastructure
Monitor SaaS systems using central management tools (Zabbix, Grafana)
Administer and configure server systems running Linux
Basic knowledge of automation and orchestration of our processes on physical and virtual servers
Support tasks in server operations and setup, including visits to the data center
Independently carry out projects in the infrastructure and operations environment
Service-oriented and proactive collaboration with internal customers from development (DevOps)

Relevant completed degree or vocational training (e.g., Fachinformatiker) with a suitable focus on Linux system administration
Initial professional experience in supporting system landscapes
Good experience working with Linux servers and Kubernetes/container environments
Knowledge in network administration (routing & firewalls, VoIP, Cisco, MikroTik) is an advantage
Fluent German and English language skills are mandatory
A valid driving license (Class B) is required
