About this role
Role Overview
Grow and secure new partnerships across key sectors including fleet, OEMs, leasing and mobility platforms using a field-sales approach amongst LinkedIn, and telephony outreach.
Build, develop and convert a qualified pipeline, working closely with the Partnerships Commercial Manager to create commercially robust, insight-led proposals aligned to pricing guardrails.
Take the lead on day-to-day opportunity management, including making recommendations on whether to pursue or pause mid-market deals and advising on next steps for larger, more complex opportunities.
Negotiate terms within established commercial parameters, escalating any exceptions through the appropriate governance pathway.
Lead external engagement with fleet directors, transport managers and procurement teams — running structured pursuits such as bid/no-bid reviews, opportunity assessments and governance checkpoints.
Shape partner proposals in collaboration with the Commercial Manager, including needs analysis, value modelling, pricing alignment, and preparation of term sheets and negotiation materials.
Produce high-quality proposals, presentations and executive briefings to support partner discussions and internal decision-making.
Create clear and accurate deal documentation, ensuring downstream teams have the information required for seamless onboarding and delivery.
Manage governance requirements, including NDAs, due diligence and background checks, working with Legal and Compliance where needed.
