Enter transactions into systems related to promotions, terminations, transfers, and hierarchical adjustments
Support employee relations and service for construction site staff
Maintain direct contact with construction planners
Prepare and send promotion, confirmation of employment, and termination letters
Control and keep the area's transaction/database entries up to date
Contribute to creating and updating the Consulting team's monthly KPIs
Accompany BPs on site visits to support employee engagement surveys
Organize and manage incoming requests (e.g., terminations, promotions, and transfers)
Provide support for the Construction Consulting team's corporate WhatsApp channel
Support other activities of the Construction Consulting team as needed

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields
Interest in working in Human Resources focused on providing strategic support to Engineering and construction teams
Good interpersonal communication, organizational skills, and proactivity
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Previous experience supporting a Business Partner (BP)
Prior experience in HR routines
Experience working with operational staff (e.g., construction sites, field, operations)
