Analyze, structure, and optimize building data across the entire lifecycle.
Support the implementation and further development of digital validation processes, automated workflows, and AI applications.
Become familiar with standards, guidelines, and BIM standards.
Coordinate with development teams on functional requirements, data flows, and AI solutions.
Prepare technical documentation, guidelines, and project reports.
Perform technical testing and validation of software and AI solutions.

Completed degree (Dipl.-Ing., Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Civil Engineering, Building Informatics, Digital Construction, Computer-Aided Modeling and Simulation, BIM, or a related field.
Interest in BIM-based building management, digital data processes, and AI-driven applications.
Analytical, structured, and precise working style.
Responsible, independent, and communicative personality who enjoys working in project teams with clients.
Very good German language skills; English skills are an advantage.
No extensive professional experience required; some internships should have been completed — motivation, structured work and your personal fit are decisive for us.
