Review product availability and order needs, and request additional product when needed to meet demand
Prepare and process daily order adjustments to help reduce product shortages and improve service levels to clients
Respond to special inventory or delivery needs from the commercial leaders
Collaborate with operations to: Define priorities for inbound processes, follow up on the kitting process and create daily and weekly delivery plans to customers (what, when and whom)
Ensure alignment between demand plans, operational capacity and customer requeriments
Support for the manager team in consensus meetings with commercial teams providing visibility into demand estimates for critical issues and priorities, identifying and raising risks and opportunities to get the right product at the right time
Support for the demand plan and management process: this includes a) generation of demand baseline, b) support on commercial discussion, c) adjustments aligned with commercial teams driven by strategy
Willingness to automate and standardize demand planning processes
Requirements
Graduate Degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, International Business, or Supply Chain Management.
3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or Logistics.
Advanced English skills (manage a business conversation).
