8+ years of professional experience in UX or Product Design
5+ years of experience working independently with clients or stakeholder and designing business or enterprise applications
3+ years of experience leading design initiatives from concept through implementation in a lead capacity
3+ years mentoring and supervising employees’ work and career development
Experience in workshop facilitation and using design thinking frameworks to solve complex organizational or product challenges.
