supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) for enhancements related to member and provider communications
periodic support for Role Based Access Control including reviewing access tickets and gathering information for SOC audits
performing reconciliations, organizing audits, and working with internal and external auditors to maintain compliance and prevent process gaps
Requirements
3-5 years of relevant professional experience supporting business operations, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage escalations and technical issues
Business process analysis and improvement
Policy and procedure documentation
Audit support and reconciliation expertise
Knowledge of SOC 1/SOC 2 audits and access reviews
Claims processing knowledge
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, Information Systems, or a related field preferred or relevant experience.
