Business Analyst

Webologix Ltd/ INC is seeking a motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join their team. The role involves working with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze business processes, gather requirements, generate insights, and support strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Coordinate with stakeholders, clients, and technical teams
• Assist in business process improvement and workflow optimization
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process documentation
• Support reporting, dashboard creation, and data analysis activities
• Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and project discussions
• Perform gap analysis, UAT testing, and requirement validation
• Create presentations, reports, and business insights for leadership teams

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Master's Degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Finance, Economics, MBA, or related field
• 0–5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, or related domain
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, or Scrum methodologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or reporting tools
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or Salesforce
• Ability to work in a fast-paced client environment
• Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills
