Oversee and coordinate projects within our aluminum extrusion manufacturing plant
Manage program timelines, resources, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
Serve as the primary contact for customers, addressing their needs and concerns
Communicate all program-related issues and requirements to Hydro Extrusion operations
Lead efforts to resolve these issues effectively
Assist in negotiating any commercial or pricing matters
Ensure the financial success of the program by meeting production goals and monitoring associated costs
Identify and plan for personnel needs to support the program's success
Explore new business opportunities, whether through existing programs or other channels
