MagView is a leading healthcare software company focused on improving breast imaging workflows and patient tracking. They are seeking a highly organized GTM Program Manager to drive the execution of go-to-market plans for their products and partnerships, ensuring successful launches and alignment across teams.
Responsibilities:
- Apply and manage structured GTM plans for each product launch (e.g., Luminary Risk, AI solutions, partner integrations)
- Define timelines, owners, and deliverables across teams
- Run regular GTM check-ins and maintain visibility into progress
- Ensure all core launch components are completed, including:
- Positioning and messaging alignment
- Targeting strategy (imaging centers, health systems, OB/GYN, etc.)
- Pricing coordination
- Early adopter identification and onboarding
- Campaign and rollout readiness
- Drive readiness of all sales-facing materials:
- One-pagers and product summaries
- Pitch decks and demo plans
- ROI and value messaging
- Internal documentation (FAQs, objection handling, use cases)
- Sales training coordination
- Coordinate across sales, product, marketing, implementation, and partners
- Identify blockers and drive resolution quickly
- Hold stakeholders accountable to timelines and deliverables
- Ensure alignment across all groups involved in product and partner launches
- Help identify and onboard early adopter sites
- Coordinate closely with strategic partners (AI, genetics, etc.)
- Capture feedback and support development of early case studies and proof points
- Monitor key metrics such as:
- Pipeline generation
- Win rate
- Sales cycle
- Product adoption
- Gather feedback from sales and customers
- Drive adjustments to improve performance and scale adoption
- Step in to help build materials when gaps exist
- Assist with messaging, decks, or documentation as needed
- Operate effectively in a lean, fast-moving environment
Requirements:
- 4–8 years of experience in program management, product marketing, or go-to-market/revenue operations
- Experience supporting or executing product launches
- Experience working cross-functionally across multiple teams
- Highly organized with strong project management skills
- Execution-focused with the ability to drive work to completion
- Comfortable managing multiple launches and workstreams at once
- Strong communicator who can align teams and push for decisions
- Able to operate independently without heavy oversight
- Willing to step in and do the work—not just manage it
- Experience in healthcare, imaging, or B2B SaaS
- Familiarity with clinical workflows or EHR integrations (e.g., Epic)
- Experience working in a smaller or growing company
