About this role

Close collaboration with the founding team on strategic and operational finance topics
Active involvement in financials, reporting and investor documentation
Support in building an investor-ready financial and KPI setup
Significant ownership and a steep learning curve
Analysis and preparation of SaaS metrics (MRR, ARR, churn, CAC, LTV, burn, runway, cohort analyses)
Support with financial modeling (forecasts, scenarios, budget planning)
Preparation and maintenance of investor-readiness materials (pitch decks, KPI sheets, data rooms, reporting structures)
Market, competitor and benchmark analyses (SaaS, Audit/QM, GRC)
Support on strategic projects (pricing, GTM, expansion, tooling)
Operational support for the founders' day-to-day activities

Currently enrolled student (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or similar)
Strong analytical and numbers-driven mindset
Confident use of Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, modeling, clean structure)
Interest in startups, SaaS, VC, fundraising and company building
High initiative, reliability and ownership
Native or near-native German (C2) & good English
