About this role
Role Overview
- Provide support to our business customers through ticket handling and daily IT support.
- Analyze and resolve incidents that go beyond 1st-level support — from log files to deeper system inspections.
- Manage and maintain user accounts, clients and hardware within customer systems.
- Participate in IT projects, e.g., rollouts, server and client installations, backup or security solutions.
- Document solutions and actively contribute to building our internal knowledge base.
- Collaborate closely with your team to permanently address recurring issues and continuously improve our customers' IT environments.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in the IT field (e.g., IT Specialist in System Integration) or comparable practical experience.
- Experience in IT support with Windows clients (10/11) and basic knowledge of software distribution.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Intune or SCCM is a plus but not required — we will support you in developing these skills.
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style with attention to detail.
- Very good German skills and solid English skills for day-to-day IT work.
