- Oversee the strategic direction of special content and develop and maintain a pipeline of ideas
- Increase journal visibility through social media promotion and virtual events
- Track and escalate journal-related performance issues
- Build and nurture relationships within research communities
- Utilize analytical skills and data-driven insights for decision-making
- Initiate and oversee multiple projects concurrently
- Represent the company by attending conferences and workshops
Requirements
- Experience working with the research community or an STM publishing organization
- Preferably have a higher degree (PhD/MSc)
- Possess strong analytical skills and experience making data-driven decisions
- Skilled at networking with an ability to build relationships within research communities
- Are detail-oriented and results-driven
- Strong organisational and prioritization skills to initiate and track multiple projects concurrent
- Willing to travel, especially domestically
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
