About this role
Role Overview
- Structure, integrate and preprocess datasets from different sources, ensuring data quality, consistency and suitability for analytical use.
- Develop and maintain attribute catalogs, creating variables/features that increase the predictive power of the company's statistical models.
- Perform statistical and computational analyses applying techniques such as logistic regression, neural networks, cluster analysis, PCA and related methods.
- Automate stages of the data preparation and modeling process, reducing operational effort and increasing efficiency and scalability.
- Apply Generative AI techniques to support data preparation, feature engineering, documentation, data querying and process automation.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of the analytical models used by the company.
- Prepare materials and presentations for internal and external clients, communicating results and analyses clearly, concisely and in a structured manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Physics or related areas.
- Postgraduate degree or specialization in related fields will be considered a differential.
- Experience manipulating and analyzing datasets.
- Experience with programming languages applied to statistical and computational analyses.
- Previous experience in data analysis, statistical modeling or data science contexts.
- Programming languages: Python, SQL and R.
- Concepts and practical application of Machine Learning.
- Statistical techniques for exploratory analysis and modeling.
- Application of Generative AI in analytical contexts and process automation.
- Strong organizational, documentation and communication skills for technical results.
- Experience in feature engineering and predictive modeling projects will be considered a plus.
