Analyze and strengthen fraud controls within Consumer Bank
Identify opportunities to strengthen controls while monitoring fraud cases and incidents
Conduct targeted data pulls and analysis to investigate fraud behavior
Support the development and ongoing enhancement of fraud strategies for transactions
Configure, tune, and maintain fraud strategy rules/thresholds
Execute rule validation and scenario tests, partnering with Fraud Analytics
Collaborate with Fraud Operations and cross-functional teams to perform strategy reviews
Support implementation and validate end-to-end behavior of decisioning processes
Communicate strategy rationale and findings to stakeholders

Minimum 5+ years of experience in fraud strategy, fraud investigations, or related financial crimes work
Demonstrated experience translating case/loss learnings and emerging fraud trends into actionable strategy changes
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience configuring, tuning, or maintaining fraud strategy rules/thresholds
Working proficiency with SQL and/or other data management tools
Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
