Director, Advisory Services

Role Overview

• Deliver performance improvement to healthcare and lead 340B advisory services
• Manage client relationships, project logistics, and economics
• Supervise and mentor staff while delivering consulting services
• Participate in sales and business development activities
• Analyze purchasing data, develop policies, and ensure compliance with 340B regulations
• Report on financial performance and program metrics to leadership

Requirements

• 7 or more years of applicable experience
• Bachelor’s degree (Required)
• Pharmacy technician certification, pharmacy degree (PharmD), or relevant compliance certification is highly preferred
• Understanding of 340B regulations, Prime Vendor Program (PVP), and split-billing software systems
• Strong ability to analyze data, perform audits, and translate complex regulations into operational workflows
• Familiarity with EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner) and pharmacy informatics
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with legal, compliance, and pharmacy teams
• Detail-oriented for managing intricate compliance audits and data mapping
