Set up, maintain, and optimize product listings across marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, Chewy, etc.)
Ensure all listings follow platform best practices for titles, bullets, descriptions, images, digital assets, keywords and attributes
Organize and prepare digital brand assets for retailer use, including images, copy, descriptions, supporting marketing materials and price sheets
Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and refine product page content and brand listings
Proactively audit product listings, catalog health, and Buy Box status a minimum of 3x per week
Identify and resolve listing suppressions, content inaccuracies, catalog mismatches and duplications and compliance or policy flags
Monitor and optimize Buy Box ownership across SKUs
Document issues and implement corrective actions to maintain account health
Open, track, and manage cases through platforms including Amazon, Chewy and Walmart
Coordinate with internal teams to investigate and resolve issues including listings reinstatements, content disputes, brand authority, inventory or catalog discrepancies, and compliance related flags
Maintain detailed documentation and ensure timely resolution of all cases
Assist with core merchandising activities, including catalog setup and SKU creation, price maintenance and updates, and promotional setup and execution
Support product launches, updates, and lifecycle changes
Requirements
2+ years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace support
Hands-on experience with major e-commerce platforms including Amazon, Chewy and Walmart
Detail oriented mindset
Ability to manage multiple accounts, client calls, priorities and deadlines
