Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reporting databases to support the team's business requirements and continually improve data acquisition and reporting methods.
Periodically reviewing and enhancing database processes and functionalities.
Developing internal systems and exception reports.
Ensuring timely and accurate credentialing, contracting, and provider information management systems.
Analyzing complex data, developing reporting solutions, and supporting operational strategies that impact provider networks and contracting outcomes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field such as 5–7 years of experience in provider contracting, managed care operations, or healthcare data analytics or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstrated experience in an IPA, health plan, hospital, or managed care organization preferred.
Strong background in healthcare contracting data, provider networks, capitation models, and operational analytics.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, functions, pivot tables, data validation).
Experience designing and maintaining databases, dashboards, and analytical reports.
Strong understanding of managed care contracting, provider reimbursement, and healthcare data integrity.
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for operational and leadership stakeholders.
Strong organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

This is a remote position. The home office is located at 600 City Parkway West 10th Floor, Orange, CA 92868.
This position requires coming into office at least once per month at our offices located in 1600 Corporate Center Dr., Monterey Park, CA 91754 and 600 City Parkway West 10th Floor, Orange, CA 92868. Additional in-office days may be required based on business needs or special projects.
The total compensation target pay range for this role is: $100,000
$108,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location (current or future), experience, and other job-related factors.
