Manage the allocation of parts by collaborating with internal ADI teams
Organize and summarize large amounts of data across various tools
Gather customer requirements, analyze supply constraints, and work with the Business Unit to shape recommendations that adapt to changing priorities
Maintain related documentation, ensure timely updates to the allocations website and tracking systems, and support necessary reviews and approvals
Represent the allocation process in discussions with global stakeholders, including Business Units, Supply Chain, Sales, Sales Operations, Customer Service, and Logistics; facilitate alignment on priorities and outcomes
Continuously seek improvements and advocate for enhancements to the allocation processes to maximize efficiency
Requirements
Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience in executive-level communication
Ability to balance competing priorities and make data-driven decisions in high-pressure situations with tight deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Organized and a multitasker
A bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
Preferably, experience in Operations or Supply Chain management
