Possess 5+ years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, deployments, or Site Reliability Engineering.
Demonstrate experience with incident management tools and processes, including ITIL Incident Management and ITSM frameworks.
Ability to work independently while effectively prioritizing tasks and managing time.
Lead and manage a team of engineers focused on software deployments and SRE practices.
Oversee end-to-end deployment processes, implementing automation, monitoring, and alerting solutions to ensure system reliability, availability, and performance.
Drive continuous improvement in deployment processes and tools to enhance efficiency and minimize risks.
Implement SRE best practices, including monitoring, alerting, capacity planning, performance tuning, and incident management.
Collaborate with development teams to build resilient and scalable application architectures while promoting DevOps and SRE adoption.
Evaluate, implement, and maintain automation tools to streamline operations, reduce manual effort, and enhance system reliability.
Lead incident management activities including response, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to reduce impact, restore services quickly, and implement preventive measures for future incidents.
Establish and maintain effective monitoring and alerting systems for proactive issue resolution.
Define and track KPIs and SLOs to measure system reliability, performance, and availability.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for deployment processes, system configurations, and incident reports.
Requirements
Strong expertise in deployment processes and tools, including release management, change management, and rollback strategies.
Proficiency in scripting and automation.
Solid understanding of DevOps principles, Agile methodologies, and ITIL practices.
Hands-on technical experience with MS .NET, Azure, Azure Data Factory (ADF), CI/CD pipelines, and related technologies.
Mandatory experience in the eCommerce domain, with working knowledge of Optimizely (B2B).
Experience in project risk management, scope management, and team management.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Azure Boards, metrics tracking, and reporting/presentations.
Proven experience in managing production support for MS .NET applications.
