Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, communication, or a related field required.
Master's degree preferred in organizational development, I/O psychology, organizational effectiveness, human resource management.
10+ years of experience in human resources, finance, business planning, or a related field required.
5+ years of experience in managerial capacity in construction or another high growth organization.
5+ years of experience vendor management, contract negotiation, or a related field required/preferred.
Human resources certification preferred (e.g., Society for Human Resources Management – Senior/Certified Professional (SHRM-S/CP), Senior/Professional in Human Resources (S/PHR)).
