Manage daily tactics within routing system, updating timelines and tasks.
Support set up of new projects, creating background folders, contracting with creatives, and generating meta data in routing system.
Stay informed of each assigned job’s current status and confirm that tasks are accomplished, or that concerns/issues are addressed or elevated to the broader account team.
Assist with finance trackers.
Demonstrate a working knowledge of the agency process, workflow and guidance.
Work to acquire a deeper knowledge of assigned brand(s), the healthcare industry, and client/internal process.
Schedule and prepares for and engages in team meetings

High level of comfort working in a virtual-based model
Bachelor's degree
1-2 years of pharmaceutical advertising experience
