Senior Cloud Analyst

Role Overview

• Interact with various areas of the company to identify scope and provide innovative solutions, ensuring the best infrastructure solution to support tactical and strategic decision-making for business areas and segments.
• Disseminate studies developed within the area.
• Develop studies to improve decision-making for the area's initiatives.
• Provide support in the development of quality indicators and service level metrics.
• Lead area projects, provide technical support, and ensure schedule compliance aligned with internal client areas through weekly tracking and follow-up meetings with assigned teams.

Requirements

• Experience with cloud environments (Azure, GCP, OCI, AWS or equivalent);
• Microsoft Azure Fundamentals AZ-900 certification (or equivalent);
• Microsoft Azure Administrator AZ-104 certification (or equivalent);
• Configuration and deployment of environments and Landing Zones;
• Experience with Kubernetes services, such as Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) or equivalent;
• Experience with Application Gateway and API Management;
• Experience in Platform Engineering and DevOps contexts (Backstage, CI/CD pipelines, IaC, Terraform, etc.);
• Knowledge of Elastic Stack (ELK);
• Knowledge of cloud-native data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, Teradata, BigQuery, or equivalent);
• Knowledge of Shell scripting and programming logic;
• Organized and disciplined to work on multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Focus on metrics-driven management (OKRs), deliverables and results, as well as ongoing maintenance of indicators;
• Experience in project and incident/problem management;
• Experience preparing executive reports on projects and new technological solutions.
