Strategic management of partnerships and alliances, focusing on strengthening relationships, partner engagement and commercial performance;
Development, execution and monitoring of the annual business plan with partners, aligning marketing objectives, technical enablement, investments (MDF) and revenue targets;
Leading partner enablement programs, including technical certifications, internal trainings and portfolio readiness initiatives (especially in cybersecurity);
Planning and executing demand generation and pipeline acceleration activities in collaboration with partners, marketing and sales;
Managing and optimizing MDF (Marketing Development Funds) investments, including planning, execution, governance and ROI measurement;
Developing and overseeing co-marketing campaigns, working with internal teams, peers, agencies and vendors;
Leading sales acceleration initiatives to help increase deal velocity and revenue growth;
Monitoring forecasts, sales performance and key performance indicators (KPIs), conducting periodic business reviews with partners;
