About this role
Role Overview
Analyze and manage sales support requests, especially those of medium and high complexity, ensuring excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
Be responsible for identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in processes, proposing preventive actions and contributing directly to the area’s results and the Order-to-Cash flow, with direct impact on the company’s collection timelines.
Analyze and handle tickets related to post-sales, ensuring accurate resolution within established deadlines;
Extract, consolidate and analyze data from different systems, producing management information to support decision-making;
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and propose preventive actions to avoid recurrence of problems;
Act with a sense of urgency and critical thinking, interfacing with different areas involved in the processes;
Contribute to the optimization of workflows and processes under your responsibility, ensuring compliance with internal policies;
Support the management of the area’s performance indicators, contributing to the achievement of established targets;
Ensure swift and high-quality customer service, prioritizing customer satisfaction and efficiency in responses;
Assist in identifying root causes of problems, contributing to structural improvements in processes;
Perform other related activities as required by the area.
Requirements
Required education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
Intermediate Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Logical reasoning and analytical ability;
Familiarity with CRM and SAP systems.
