Preparation, drafting and approval of client contracts (commercial agreements, nondisclosure agreements, and simple amendments based on templates)
Negotiation of client contracts
Management and monitoring of client legal files
Implementation of the contract signing procedure (signing, scanning, sending)
Filing and archiving of files
Maintenance of a tracking dashboard
Updating the database related to the various project stages
Drafting letters, memoranda and legal documents
Supporting internal teams with contractual questions
Contributing to the creation of legal tools and training materials for operational teams
Maintaining regulatory monitoring related to the business
Conducting legal research
Alerting management to developments that may impact the business

Advanced degree in law (Master 2 or equivalent), preferably in public law, business law or contract law
Proven experience in a legal role: this position requires several years of experience, ideally in industry
Strong interest in negotiation and significant negotiation experience
Excellent analytical, drafting and summarization skills
Good understanding of business issues and ability to adapt legal advice to operational constraints
Strong interpersonal skills, diplomatic manner and ability to interact with high-level institutional stakeholders
Autonomy, rigour, organizational skills and team spirit
Fluent English

Remote work: 1 to 2 days per week
