Execute the Firm, Industry and Audit Service Line vision, strategy, and goals for the Asset Management audit practice.
Drive industry collaboration, consistency, and education across Service Line, and Markets.
Participate in driving industry growth through working closely with our Financial Services Industry Leader as well as Audit and Tax leaders.
Ensure collaboration through execution of engagements and client service responsibilities that contribute to industry growth and exceptional client service.
Develop professionals within the practice while building a talent pipeline.
Help drive economic results throughout the practice as evidenced by key performance indicators.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
Masters preferred.
Must be CPA certified and have an active CPA license.
Minimum of 12 years of fund related audit experience.
Prior audit experience in the Asset Management sector with a track record of successful advancement.
Strong leadership and staff development skills.
Proven success in business development and growth.
