RYZE is a fast-growing, mission-driven team passionate about wellness and innovation. The People Operations Project Manager will serve as the operational backbone of the People Office, managing project infrastructures and ensuring strategic programs are on track.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a centralized People Office project management ecosystem across tools including Notion, Asana, and Google Sheets — creating dashboards, trackers, and status reports that give the VP and senior leadership real-time visibility into all active initiatives
- Own cross-functional project accountability for major People Office initiatives — including the Talent Acquisition rebuild and HR systems/technology stack implementation — by tracking milestones, surfacing risks, and ensuring director-level owners remain on schedule without taking over their workstreams
- Serve as the VP of People Operations and Strategy's operational right hand: manage OKR tracking for the entire People function, coordinate follow-ups with director-level direct reports, and prepare summaries and briefings that keep leadership informed and aligned
- Lead the development of one-pagers, training materials, and reference guides to support Workday adoption and HR systems rollouts, in partnership with the relevant functional owners
- Support the Legal team on one-off projects and scheduling coordination, acting as a dependable cross-functional resource for time-sensitive or ad hoc initiatives
- Design and maintain reporting cadences and escalation pathways that ensure commitments across People programs are visible, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner
- Additional duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered
- 3–5 years of experience in People Operations, HR, or a closely related function — with a background in at least one of the following areas: HR Generalist, Rewards/Compensation, HR Operations, or Talent Acquisition
- Demonstrated project management ability with hands-on experience using Notion, Asana, and/or Google Sheets to build and maintain project trackers, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to synthesize complex program information and present it clearly to VP-level and director-level stakeholders
- Experience supporting a VP or senior People leader in a chief of staff, program management, or senior coordinator capacity
- Familiarity with Workday or other HRIS platforms; project management certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent) or training in OKR frameworks is a plus
