Managing day-to-day client email correspondence with agency coordinators and assistants, executives
Trafficking creative assets and liaising with internal ad ops & trading teams to ensure campaigns go live on time and to spec
Handling basic post-sales queries -
campaign status, delivery confirmations, billing questions, go-live proofs
Helping collate/compile weekly report emails (via looker studio) into client-ready formats + weekly reporting emails
Processing IOs and revising IOs in our IO platform
When needed, updating internal CRM for post-sale campaigns
Supporting the broader client success team with admin, deck formatting, and brief intake

Strong written English
professional, clear, and confident in client-facing communication (after relevant training, onboarding)
Experience in digital media, ad operations, or agency coordination (1-2+ years preferred)
Comfortable working across email, spreadsheets, and project management tools
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage tasks
Experience with ad trafficking or DSP/DMP platforms a plus
