Role Overview
- Lead and motivate Team Managers and colleagues to achieve KPIs and operational targets
- Ensure safe working practices are always followed, driving a strong health & safety culture
- Manage performance, conduct, absence and training requirements across your shift
- Deliver effective shift briefs, operational handovers and communication updates
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and operational standards
Requirements
- Proven experience managing teams in a high-volume warehouse or logistics environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- A proactive, solution-focused approach and the confidence to make decisions under pressure
- Ability to build strong working relationships and support team development
- Excellent organisational skills and commitment to safety and compliance
