Associate Attorney – Labor & Employment

Role Overview

• Handle a wide-range of labor & employment matters
• Join a diverse practice group that handles single plaintiff employment litigation
• Handle wage & hour class action litigation

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in civil litigation (preference in employment litigation)
• Exposure to FEHA, agency complaint, wage & hour and other employment matters
• Involved in discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation
• Excellent writing and oral advocacy skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively with partners
• Juris doctorate degree from an ABA accredited law school
• License to practice in CA
