Plan and execute end-to-end campus recruitment drives across top engineering colleges, business schools, and technical institutes in India.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of early-career candidates through job boards, campus events, social media, and employee referrals.
Deliver an exceptional, Salesforce-brand-aligned experience from first touchpoint through offer acceptance.
Partner with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to understand hiring needs and define role requirements.
Manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, and debrief facilitation.
Track key recruiting metrics (offer acceptance rate, time-to-fill, pipeline health) and share insights with stakeholders.
Represent Salesforce at campus events, career fairs, hackathons, and info sessions.
Champion inclusive hiring practices and help drive diverse candidate slates.

1–5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong sourcing skills
Proficiency with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack)
Understanding of the Indian college/university landscape (IITs, NITs, IIMs, etc.)
Experience with employer branding or social recruiting
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into action
