Operations Lead Analyst

Role Overview

• Drive completion of operational tasks and support client benefit requests
• Provide consultative support to internal and external clients
• Manage daily request tracking and reporting requests
• Train less experienced team members
• Collaborate with team members across the organization
• Plan and control projects and assignments
• Ensure SLAs, performance guarantees, and commitments are met

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of relevant experience required
• Client facing experience required
• Strong knowledge of the healthcare and PBM industry preferred
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage timelines and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment
• Good organizational and prioritization skills
• Demonstrated ability to work with other departments and teams
• Proficient computer skills including all Microsoft Office applications required
• Experience with data input and reconciliation
