Provide support to internal and external business partners with operational inquiries regarding investment fund accounts, trades and processing requirements
Provide support for requests, often requiring investigation and timely follow up, ensuring resolution, and providing exceptional client service
Support investment fund reporting and compliance through reporting of findings of data analysis and report creation
Support the implementation of the new risk management processes and procedures while evaluating impact of the process change on the client experience and the team productivity
Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and SLGI policies and processes regarding investment fund (Mutual and Segregated) trading activities, Short-Term trading fees, sizeable investor holdings and a wide range of other areas
Support a variety of company program and ensure business policies and processes are being adhered to
Requirements

Bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for Quebec only.
