Role Overview
Provide strategic senior leadership and direction for corporate functions

Requirements
15+ years of experience with progressive responsibility in human resources roles
Exceptional leadership skills in organizational strategy
Understanding of global labor relations and experience with both union and non-union sites
Strong academic background supported by a bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, I/O Psychology, Labor Relations or related field (MBA or master’s preferred)
Significant experience in strategy, organizational capability, change management, and business partnering
