IT System Engineer – Server and Virtualization

Role Overview

• Provide day to day technology directions and operations within Infrastructure of VMware/Nutanix HCI platform and Dell/Lenovo/Splunk/Cisco hardware.
• IT Incident and Request handling and management within service level agreement.
• Maintain IT operations by monitoring of system performance metrics and proactive actions.
• Site expansion and global project execution.
• Propose system or architectural design to improve performance, high availability, scalability and disaster recovery by innovative technologies and roadmap management.
• 7x24 on-call shift for operational support and escalation.

Requirements

• Recommend English ability of TOEIC higher than 650 grades
• Major in Computer Science, Information Engineering, Information Management, or related fields
• Familiarity in programming skills such as Microsoft Powershell, Linux shell
• Experiences and skills in data analysis tool such as Splunk
• Experiences and skills in Dell/Lenovo/Cisco hardware
• Experiences and skills in system infrastructure architecture is a plus e.g. VMWare, Nutanix HCI, Linux/MS solution, Network TCPIP concept, K8S/Docker/OpenShift
