Lead a team of SET Executives managing multiple large, complex deal types and ensuring alignment with sales strategy and demand
Direct resource utilization in accordance with strategic sales priorities and based on guidance from Americas leadership
Review forecasts and other sales data and offer aggregated feedback from multiple accounts to influence deal planning
Oversee consistent execution of deal strategies by streamlining processes and aligning team efforts across field, partner and virtual teams
Coordinate joint planning sessions between field, partner and virtual teams for assigned opportunities
Manage executive-level Cisco relationships

5-year plus sales experience in the technology or related industry.
3-year plus experience in a leadership role within sales, business development, or a similar field
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence executives and key stakeholders.
Collaborative mindset, adept at working across various functions and teams within an organization to drive results.
Strong commercial acumen, experience with developing successful business cases and navigating complex contracts.
