Leads development of processes and tools to measure key performance indicators
Develops and maintains standard supplier contractual terms, conditions and special clauses and agreements
Analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance indicators
Communicates strategic initiatives, projects or procurement activities
Leads cross-functional process management activities
Leads self-assessment and audit teams to identify and implement corrective action
Lead efforts to mitigate risk and resolve issues to high-risk programs
Oversees the development and deployment of process management plans and activities
Establishes strategy for new processes and tools related to the design, planning and deployment of enterprise-wide projects/programs
Reviews contractual documents and consults with stakeholders
Oversees efforts to mitigate risk and resolve issues related to processes, programs, projects and procurement transactions
Provides guidance on export issues and material transfers
Leads and oversees procurement plans for supply chain integration and procurement analysis
Requirements
More than 5 years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes
More than 5 years of experience performing data analysis and/or reporting within Boeing systems and tools
More than 3 years of experience in a leadership role, leading teams or projects to successful completion
Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
More than 2 years of experience of United States Government proposals, purchasing, contracting, terms and conditions and/or contract negotiations preferred
