Role Overview
- Leads development of processes and tools to measure key performance indicators
- Develops and maintains standard supplier contractual terms, conditions and special clauses and agreements
- Analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance indicators
- Communicates strategic initiatives, projects or procurement activities
- Leads cross-functional process management activities
- Leads self-assessment and audit teams to identify and implement corrective action
- Lead efforts to mitigate risk and resolve issues to high-risk programs
- Oversees the development and deployment of process management plans and activities
- Establishes strategy for new processes and tools related to the design, planning and deployment of enterprise-wide projects/programs
- Reviews contractual documents and consults with stakeholders
- Oversees efforts to mitigate risk and resolve issues related to processes, programs, projects and procurement transactions
- Provides guidance on export issues and material transfers
- Leads and oversees procurement plans for supply chain integration and procurement analysis
Requirements
- More than 5 years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes
- More than 5 years of experience performing data analysis and/or reporting within Boeing systems and tools
- More than 3 years of experience in a leadership role, leading teams or projects to successful completion
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
- More than 2 years of experience of United States Government proposals, purchasing, contracting, terms and conditions and/or contract negotiations preferred
