University degree in a natural science
Pharmaceutical representative training or required expertise according to § 75 of the German Medicines Act (Arzneimittelgesetz)
Previous field sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage but not a strict requirement
Strong persuasiveness and a results-oriented personality with excellent communication skills
High degree of agility and a strong drive to succeed
Strong digital competence
Enthusiasm, empathy, and enjoyment of sales
