As a sparring partner, you are responsible for the activities of the operational business unit
You act as an internal consultant to the operational units and provide input to improve the performance of the business unit you oversee
Your daily tasks include identifying (process) weaknesses and professionally preparing measures to eliminate them
Analysis and management of the development of modern dashboards and automated management reports
In addition, you independently prepare budget planning and intra-year forecasts
Preparation and conduct of monthly reviews with management
Further development of driver-based models to manage the reporting units is part of your scope, as is creating dashboards for operational control metrics and implementing them

Requirements
Successfully completed degree in business administration — preferably with a focus on Controlling — or a comparable qualification
Several years of solid professional experience as a Business Unit Controller with a focus on logistics / SCM or in production control in group-wide functions
Professionally, you demonstrate strong analytical and entrepreneurial thinking as well as excellent numeracy
Good English skills are required, as is confident use of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and common SAP applications
Your strengths include a hands-on mentality, a high degree of self-motivation and responsibility, and a strong affinity for process optimization
You demonstrate strong communication skills.
