Role Overview
- Drive key VIP sales metrics
- Contribute to process and compliance initiatives
- Work closely with Analytics teams to monitor reinvestment programs
- Assist VIP leadership in developing and implementing sales training programs
- Participate in the escalation process including working with clients
- Manage a high-performing team through coaching
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- at least 5 years of experience in the Gaming, Hospitality, Sales, or Marketing industry
- At least 3 years of experience managing a sales team
- Strong understanding of the product line
- Experience in coaching a team to deliver quality customer experience
- Must be able to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses
