As part of our Group's digital transformation, you will work within one of our central offices (Toulouse head office, Mérignac, Bayonne, Montpellier), collaborating in a cooperative environment with managers and partners.
You will be the Pennylane solution lead, supporting accounting teams and clients in deploying and optimizing the tool.
Analyze needs and scope Pennylane integration projects.
Configure the solution: chart of accounts, workflows, automations, bank integrations.
Set up connectors/APIs with ERP, CRM and payment tools.
Ensure data migration and perform functional testing.
Design and deliver user training.
Create training materials and documentation.
Support user onboarding and help teams achieve autonomy.
Provide advanced functional support after deployment.
Diagnose and resolve accounting and tool-related issues.
Monitor adoption, analyze usage and propose improvements.
Identify obstacles and resistance, and build support/adoption plans.
Promote best practices and optimize internal processes.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Coordinate internal teams and technical partners.
Ensure deadlines, quality and client satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor's to Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in accounting, management, information systems or finance.
Proven initial experience in an accounting firm or in deploying accounting tools/ERPs.
Proficiency with Pennylane or a comparable tool.
Strong understanding of accounting (receivables, payables, VAT, period closings).
Comfortable with digital environments and SaaS tools.
Knowledge of accounting flows, APIs, SQL and automations.
Teaching skills, a service mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.
Autonomy, strong organizational skills and an analytical mindset.
Team player with a strong appetite for digitalization.
